As of September 2019, one of Cat Tales original founders, Mike Wyche died after a long illness. As of his passing the park is run by his wife Deborah Wyche and his daughter, Lisa Wyche.

2022 Review:  “I live in Spokane Washington, I had recently went to cat tales in Spokane. The cats are in poor condition small cages and some look in bad health I had asked the zoo keeper where they go when it’s – degrees she stated they are used to it. These anaimals need out of the tiny cages and the conditions they are in I was so disgusted…” name withheld.
Note the bobcat is covered in mats and the tiny, barren enclosures below.
